All PowerPoints have amazing images, exemplar materials and 10/10 answers. Most PowerPoints come with a lecturer podcast on the topic (link provided in resources). All writing types cover a model answer, stylistic features and sentence starters. All reading questions have a separate PowerPoint, model answer and specific tips.

The students take part in the contest in which participants are asked to spell words in a round-robin format. There are three different rounds of increasing difficulty. The students love it!
Run-on sentences is one the most common errors students make in their writing. This lesson will focuses on how to correct them. The students will learn ways to help properly write two complete sentences (independent clauses) in one sentence by using the correct punctuation and conjunctions.
